Terms of use

Service and availability

The proposal is one account shared across the website, PC and Android. Each feature will indicate whether it is available or in preparation; the status page will show the latest check. This draft does not announce guaranteed continuous availability or a commercial launch date.

Account and security

The proposed conditions require protecting credentials and using only official recovery channels. Linking Google to an existing account will require proof of ownership: sharing an email address is not enough. The team must not request passwords, verification codes or payment keys through chat.

Conduct and incident review

The proposal prohibits fraud, harassment and deliberate exploitation of defects. Detailed rules, sanctions, suspension grounds and an appeal procedure must be published before the open beta. This text does not authorize arbitrary sanctions or replace those rules.

Items, balance and changes

The visual catalogue is not an offer for sale. Each approved offer must describe price, currency, duration, restrictions and delivery. The proposal is to communicate changes to service conditions and balance; final rules on balance validity and service closure are pending. No general waiver of user rights is included.

Operator and resource authorization

Before distributing clients or opening sales, the service operator and business details must be identified, and documented brand and resource authorization must be reviewed. This draft does not claim official affiliation or presume that review is complete.

Before publishing the final version

  • Legal operator identity, tax identification where applicable, address and public contact.
  • Data retention, privacy requests, minors and required authorizations.
  • Approved offers and prices, balance rules, incident handling and refunds.
  • Brand and resource review, providers and final texts with an effective date.
