Draft revision: 2026-10-05-draft-1 · no effective date.
Operator and scope
The legal identity and contact details of the data controller are awaiting confirmation. Metin2 Varkhen is the project name; it does not replace the identification of the responsible person or entity. This draft covers the website and its planned account integration with PC and Android.
Proposed data and purposes
Account features need data such as username, email, characters and access checks. Once Google is enabled, its stable identifier will link the identity to the account, with ownership verification for existing accounts. Proposed purposes are limited to access, recovery, security, support and game operation; they do not include consent to advertising.
Cookies and technical records
The portal uses a language-preference cookie and, when signing in, a session cookie. Security and hosting records may contain IP addresses and request data. The final policy must identify retention periods and available controls; this draft does not claim that hosting keeps no logs.
External services
The website is hosted on Google. The plan includes Google for identity, Brevo for transactional email, and Wompi, PayPal or Google Play for payments depending on the platform. This does not announce that these integrations are active. Before enabling them, shared data, applicable agreements and any relevant processing abroad will be documented.
Requests, retention and minors
The final version must explain how to access, correct or request deletion of data, how to verify identity without requesting passwords, and which order records must be retained. A minors policy and any applicable authorization procedure are also pending. This draft sets no arbitrary retention periods or minimum age.
